- Dining table to seat 6.

- SKY TV with 50 channels including SKY Sport channels & the Rugby channel.

- Balcony with outdoor table to seat 6, and large gas BBQ.

- On-site gymnasium, with a range of fitness equipment and large screen television.
- On-site swimming pool of varying depths, heated from Labour Day to Easter with solar heating and natural gas. After Easter heated with solar only. Lap pool to one side. Swimming towels not suppled.
