Terms & conditions
- Minimum booking 2 nights, unless apartment is still available with less than one week until occupancy.
- 10% deposit required at time of reservation.
- Balance of payment is due 30 days in advance of occupancy.
- If reservation is less than 30 days until occupancy, payment is due immediately.
- 15% discount for stay of one week.
- Please enquire to negotiate larger discount for stays longer than 1 week.
- A cancellation fee of NZ$195/US$150 (one nights stay) if cancellation made less than 30 days to occupancy. Otherwise no cancellation fee.
- Strictly no smoking or pets permitted.
